Collection starts with a video essay analyzing Walt Whitman's every appearance in cinema and television history, to celebrate his bicentennial in 2019. Also features a suite of poetry films setting "America," "The Wound Dresser," and other Civil War poems. Collection concludes with student final projects from the university editing class that I teach, setting Whitman's poetry to found footage.
